Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number once payment is processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other secure options shown at checkout. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at help@lifteno.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our Return Policy.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a transparent, flat-rate shipping fee of $4.95 for all standard domestic orders within the United States. This cost is clearly displayed at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, the estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
What about taxes and duties?
We believe in complete transparency. All applicable taxes are already included in our product prices, so you will see no unexpected tax surcharges at checkout. For any international shipments, customs duties or tariffs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at help@lifteno.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label at no cost to you.
Customer Remorse: If you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We charge a $0 restocking fee on all returns.
Are all items returnable?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes used bedding, sheets, and bath towels, as well as any clearance items. If you are unsure if your item is returnable, please contact us at help@lifteno.com before initiating the return.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We stand behind the products we sell. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll work with you under our Return Policy.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, though creating an account makes it easier to track orders and returns.
How is my personal information handled?
We only use your information to process orders and provide support, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data.
