Thank you for shopping at Lifteno. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at help@lifteno.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We process all refunds within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item at our facility.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, Lifteno will cover 100% of the return shipping costs, and a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you at no cost.
Customer Remorse : If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: We charge No Restocking Fees ($0.00) on any returns.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, certain types of home goods cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes used bedding, sheets, and bath towels, as well as clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
