1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We believe in complete transparency. All our product prices already include any applicable taxes, meaning there are absolutely no extra tax fees added to your order at checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase:

* Shipping Cost: $4.95
* Estimated Delivery Time: 7-12 business days

The only amount you pay at checkout is the listed product price plus the flat shipping rate of $4.95.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

As noted above, all relevant internal taxes are included in our product prices so you will see no unexpected tax surcharges at checkout. For international shipments, any local customs duties or tariffs imposed after shipping by your specific jurisdiction remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. DAMAGES

Lifteno is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
