Refund and Return Policy
Lifteno (a brand of S3 Stores, Inc.) wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our 30-day return window, restocking fees, refund timing, and which items are eligible for return. Manufacturer warranties are handled separately (see the Warranty section below).
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for most products purchased on lifteno.com. The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. We recommend retaining the original crate and pallet until you are confident you intend to keep the equipment.
How to Start a Return

Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with detailed instructions and the correct return address. Returns shipped without an RMA cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns (such as changed your mind, no longer needed, or ordered the wrong model), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Freight return shipping for riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, and compact equipment can be significant, so please review specs carefully before ordering.
For damaged or defective items, Lifteno covers all return shipping costs. We will arrange the return freight pickup at no charge to you.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to opened equipment returned in good working condition. This covers inspection, repackaging, and lost retail value. Unopened items in factory-sealed packaging are not subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to post the credit. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Used equipment showing wear, fuel residue, fluids, or signs of operation
- Consumables such as oil, fuel additives, filters, blades, or belts
- Custom-cut, custom-built, or made-to-order items
- Items returned after the 30-day window has closed
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer use or storage
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos. If a defect appears within 30 days of delivery and is not covered by manufacturer warranty, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping. Warranty vs. Refund
All equipment sold on lifteno.com is covered by the original manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims (typically covering defects in materials or workmanship for 1 to 3 years depending on the brand) are handled directly by the manufacturer or through their authorized service network. A manufacturer warranty claim is separate from a return for refund. If you are unsure which process applies to your situation, contact us and we will help you determine the right path.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once a freight carrier has picked up the order, the request becomes a return and the policies above apply.
