Shipping Policy

Lifteno (operated by S3 Stores, Inc.) ships outdoor power equipment, mini excavators, mini skid steers, attachments, and handheld tools to all 50 United States. This policy explains how our freight process works, what to expect at delivery, and how to handle any issues that may come up.

Free Curbside Delivery

Every order on lifteno.com ships with free curbside delivery. There are no hidden fees, no surcharges at delivery, and no separate handling charges added at checkout. Liftgate service is included on every freight shipment so your equipment can be lowered safely from the truck to the ground at the curb of your delivery address.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from the date the order ships, depending on your location and carrier route. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the warehouse, and the freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment for large items.

Shipping Method

Most riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, mini excavators, mini skid steers, and attachments ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carriers. Smaller items such as leaf blowers, handhelds, and small attachments may ship via standard ground parcel service. The shipping method is selected based on the size and weight of your order.

What to Expect at Delivery

For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to schedule a window. Someone 18 or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for the shipment and inspect the equipment. The driver will use the liftgate to lower the item to ground level at the curb. Drivers are not required to move equipment into garages, sheds, or onto private property. If you need help moving heavy equipment off the curb, please arrange assistance in advance.

Inspect Before You Sign

Inspect every shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Look for crate damage, dents, missing parts, or any sign of mishandling. If you see damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and take photos of the damaged areas and shipping label. Email photos and details to help@lifteno.com within 48 hours so we can file a freight claim and arrange replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Residential vs. Commercial Delivery

We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. Commercial deliveries with a loading dock typically complete faster because no liftgate is required. Residential deliveries always include liftgate service. Please confirm your address type at checkout to avoid reconsignment fees.

Large Item Handling

Riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, and compact construction equipment are heavy. Plan ahead for unloading and storage. Have a flat, paved surface available at the curb for the driver to set the equipment down, and arrange any moving equipment you may need before delivery day.

Holds, Changes, and Cancellations

Orders can be held, modified, or cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once an order has been picked up by the freight carrier, address changes or cancellations may incur reconsignment or return freight fees billed by the carrier. Address Restrictions

We ship to street addresses only. We are unable to deliver freight shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories outside the 50 states, Alaska remote areas, or international destinations at this time.
