These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website lifteno.com and any purchases made through it. The site is owned and operated by S3 Stores, Inc., doing business as Lifteno. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About Lifteno

Lifteno is a family-run retailer founded in 2005 specializing in riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, mini excavators, mini skid steers, attachments, leaf blowers, and other outdoor power equipment. We ship to all 50 United States from our distribution partners.

Product Information

We work to keep all product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing accurate and up to date. However, errors can occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts apply only during their stated window. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Lifteno reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Availability is not guaranteed until the order ships; if an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you and offer a refund or a comparable substitute.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and standard digital wallets supported by Shopify Payments. We do not offer financing, installment plans, "buy now, pay later" services, or Affirm. Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping Terms

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days for the 50 US states, with free curbside delivery and liftgate service included on every order.

Warranty

All equipment sold on lifteno.com is covered by the original manufacturer warranty. Lifteno does not provide any additional or extended warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Lifteno is not the manufacturer of the products sold and makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S3 Stores, Inc. and Lifteno will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products purchased through the site. Total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with site operations, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or to submit false information when placing an order.
