Payment FAQ

When is my card charged?

Immediately at order placement. This locks your unit at the listed price and reserves inventory at the warehouse. If we cannot fulfill (rare — inventory mismatch), we refund in full within 1 business day.

Is sales tax included in the price?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We collect tax in states where required by law. Tax-exempt orders (resellers, certain agricultural use) call us first at (989) 267-6985 to set up exemption.

Can I split payment between two cards?

Split-tender isn't supported in online checkout. For split payments, place the order then call us at (989) 267-6985 — we can adjust manually with a phone payment.

Why is there an authorization hold on my card before shipping?

We never hold funds. Your card is charged in full at order placement so we can release inventory and prepare freight. The single charge appears on your statement once — there are no separate "authorization" and "capture" lines from us.

Do you offer Affirm, Klarna, or other BNPL?

No. BNPL providers charge merchants 3-7% which gets added to retail prices industry-wide. We chose to offer authorized US dealer pricing instead. Most major credit cards offer their own 0% promotional periods if you want time to pay.

Will my card be charged before delivery?

Yes. Charge happens at order placement. Delivery is 2-3 weeks via LTL freight. If the unit fails to ship or arrives damaged beyond repair, we refund in full within 1-2 business days.
